Grandpa J. A. Koontz moved in 1904 "Landed in California" Where he spent the rest of his life. His wife at this time was Emaline Kitchen, his 2nd wife. His first wife Mary Stamm was our ancestor---I don't know what happened to her.

Truman really was 97. Born 13 Mar 1848 died 24/25 January 1945
